While enjoying the poolside or reading your book in the winter garden, you can try delicious snacks, hamburgers, homemade pasta or Ayvalık’s traditional olive oil dishes with drinks and cool down with cocktails prepared in our bar.
Our elaborately prepared open buffet breakfast includes flavours from local producers around Ayvalık, honey from Mount Ida and delicious jams from our mothers. Filter coffee, cold sherbets and desserts are our essentials.
In different seasons of the year, we bring you together with workshops, yoga, breath and non-violent communication (NVC) trainings, where you can nourish your soul. To intertwine with nature deeply herbs gathering and olive harvesting activities are organized.
In order to enjoy the Aegean sun in a peaceful surrounding, we have decorated our 5mx10m wide turquoise blue pool and our garden with tropical plants and olive trees. Towels are also provided.
In order to have a ceremonial breakfast and friendly chats accompanied by hot wine in front of a warm fireplace, we decorated our winter garden with stonewalls, clay brick niches, and banana trees.
